Our Covid 19 response

Since the initial response to Covid19 we have been directly impacted as stores were initially but briefly closed and then re-opened with curbside service and specific safety precautions maintained. Currently and aligned to PA state and Delaware County mandates we are fully opened with the main restriction being limits to the number of patrons permitted in the store at any time.

Online Purchases

Our store is currently set up only to process purchases using C.O.D with curbside or in-store pickup or payment by Check, also with pickup. We are resolving the complex issues of determining the best online payment gateways to employ on this site and are working towards fulfilling online payments shortly.

The determination to take the site live prior to having online payment processing in place was made in order to share as much of the in-store products line as possible and allow customers to see all of the snacks, candies, goodies, chocolates and gift baskets we have while browsing from home or on your phone. If you have any specific instructions or are hoping we can ship and deliver products (note many products can not be shipped during warm months because they melt). As your payment is not yet processed through the online store, any requirements for delivery can be made by telephone following the order placement.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of food products it is very hard to offer returns or refunds. We assure that all products are inspected by staff prior to being shipped. If you have any discrepancies with your order when received, please document the issue using photographs and note we will do our best to satisfy any reasonable request for a product replacement.
